Economic

-facilities can be rented to the public to raise revenue for the school to develop and pay off loans

e.g. conference centre, swimming pool, multi use courts, and football pitch.

-arts and craft's taught in school can also make products that can be sold to the public

Environmental

-flash flooding water collection and storage

-green parking

Social

-separated car and pedestrian circulation

-each internal space is designed with and external adjacent space

e.g. courtyards, playgrounds
